Before booking, read carefully my policy below: Card will be required on file for booking fee and cancellation fee purposes. Booking fees are non refundable and will go towards your total cost. If you need to reschedule please do 48 hrs in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Arrive on time to your appointment, if you are running late please notify me. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available -meaning- I’ll try my best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. REQUIREMENTS -ALL new clients are required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of $20 This booking fee is added to your grand total, example: Treatment - $130.00 Deposit - $20.00 You’ll pay $110.00 at the end of your service. As a small business, I rely on appointments to keep my doors open and continue to provide high-quality treatments to my clients. By requiring a deposit, I can better protect my time and ensure that clients who book appointments are serious about keeping them. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you give me 48 hours notice, if you need to cancel or have to reschedule.
No call/no shows will be implemented 50% of the service cost. I understand emergencies and illnesses occur, please call me before. Thank you for understanding.
